This method is basically used for licensed application, and an approval flow is needed to be set before user installs the app. User needs to get approval from administrator.
Let’s assume that RDCMAN is a licensed app.
Create application in SCCM and Distribute to distribution point.
And then Deploy:
Choose “Require administrator approval…” and others can leave as default.
